The firm operates as the general partner to a portfolio of twenty limited-partnership financial programs. Each program is constituted under its own composition and operates within a defined remit — payment instruments, treasury instruments, tokenised securities, and adjacent categories.
The programs share a common architecture beneath: rails, settlement, and identity provisioned by a single management firm. They share a common posture: programs operate by introduction and disclose by prospectus.
Two programs are presently open to enquiry. Each carries a prospectus available to qualified investors on request.
Eighteen further programs sit on The Register, admitted by composition. Each is disclosed in its own time.
Kanebel LLC is the legal entity behind Virgin Financial Service. The firm holds the general-partner position with respect to each program; limited partners fund the programs and share in their results. The firm administers records, accounts, and disclosure correspondence on behalf of the register.
